Learning Outcomes

The objective is to provide basic skills for self-development, teamwork, and improving team dynamics. Additionally, the goal is to introduce students to various fields of expertise within the ICT industry.

Upon completion of the study module, the student is able to:
• understand the fundamental principles of teamwork and be
able to operate accordingly
• recognize themselves as team members
• be capable of reflecting and developing themselves as team
members
• develop important skills for team members such as selfdirection, problem-solving skills, communication skills, stress
management, and self-awareness
• distinguish between different competence areas within the ICT
field
