Learning Outcomes
The introduction to Finnish legislation will give the student a basic knowledge of the Contract Act. The student gets acquainted with the partners in connection with contracts and understands the obligations in relation to a contract. The course will also familiarise the student with questions conerning contracts in the field of it-technology.

Contents
The parties of a contract, procedures involved when drawing up and determinating a contract, conditions, invalidity of a contract.
Regional Impact
The student will develop her/his ability to work within the regions energisector in duties which demands knowledge in Contractual Legislation.
Internationality
The student develops his / her skills to work for international companies in the region.
