Learning Outcomes

After completing the course, the student knows the principles of usability and user-centered design, usability terminology and user-centered design methods. The student is able to notice user's view of point in user interface design and parse usability. The student understands the user's way of working in user interface. The student is able to design the usability interface. The student learns to analyze the graphical user interface. He or she can design a graphical user interface according to the recommendations and standards of user interface. In addition, the student understands the meaning of the style guide.

Contents

Usability in Software Design and Website Design. Guidelines for improving people's satisfaction with a system. Usability is focused on as one of the fields of Human-Computer Interaction. The course gives principals for designing and evaluating human-computer interfaces as part of a hardware and/or software system.
