Learning Outcomes

Student understands company internationalization from theoretical and practical perspective, barriers and supportive factors for internationalization, internationalization strategies, locational choices and modes of entry. Student understands how to conduct a country analysis, by using PEST or a similar analytical framework.

Internationalization theories and practical case studies, strategic and operational alternatives for internationalization, information needed for country choices.

Regional Impact

To a growing extent, SME companies within the region need external expertise with internationalization, which this course aims to support.

Internationality

Internationalization is the core concept within this course, which will be looked from company perspective.
