Learning Outcomes
The student is familiar with the principles of management and leadership activities in a goal-oriented organization. She/He understands the significance of recognizing one´s identity as a basis for self-management and dissimilarity of personalities as a basis for the management of organization and for leadership of people.

Role and tasks of the superior in an organization, development of organizational theories, company values, management styles, influencing people, self-management, development of organization and advancing the well-being of the working community.
