- understand the impact of different age ages, lifestyles and habits on mental health

Student's Workload
-Student workload totals are 80 hours, of which 30 hours are contact teaching and 50 hours are independent study.

Mental health promotion is an activity in the region that can support the realization of good mental health. This Promotes Mental Health promotes positive mental health in the community and thus prevents mental disorders and their consequences.
