Learning Outcomes

Student:

- understand the importance of strengthening the mental health of people of different ages
- understand the impact of different age ages, lifestyles and habits on mental health
- is able to early identification of increasing stress, depression and anxiety
- is able to early identification of suicidal thoughts
- is able to prevent drug use
- knows human life cycle theories
- is able to strengthen the family structure
- masters attachment theories
- know the different options of care guidance
- is able to provide information, advice and guidance on lifestyles such as healthy eating, sexuality, safety, hygiene, sleep and rest
- challenging life situations for people of different ages
- meeting and speaking to people of different ages in different challenging situations
- use of available tools and recommendations.

Student's Workload

-Student workload totals are 80 hours, of which 30 hours are contact teaching and 50 hours are independent study.

- strengthening mental health determinants of different ages
- time use, lifestyles and habits of different ages in relation to mental health
- stress, depression and anxiety and their early identification
- early identification of suicidal thoughts
- drug prevention
- human life cycle theories
- strengthening the family structure
- attachment theories
- care guidance
- providing information, advice and guidance on lifestyles such as healthy eating, sexuality, safety, hygiene, sleep and rest;
- challenging life situations for people of different ages, such as childhood psychosis, domestic violence, etc.
- meeting and speaking to people of different ages in different challenging situations
- use of available tools and recommendations.

Regional Impact

Mental health promotion is an activity in the region that can support the realization of good mental health. This Promotes Mental Health promotes positive mental health in the community and thus prevents mental disorders and their consequences.
