Different point of view to elderly people and their families health promotion and to the support given by health care. Physical exercise, nutrition, use of alcohol and drugs, sleep and community spirit in the counselling of elderly people. Health technology.

The Student is able to
- assess the need of health care support of the elderly people and his/her family independently and customer-oriented
- counsel elderly people and his/her family considering health and well-being from different points of view
- search, use and evaluate evidence-based information and make use of it to promote elderly peoples and their families health

Grade 3
The student is able to
- assess the need of health care support of the elderly people and his/her family independently
- recognise the need of guidance of elderly people and their family and can use different methods when counselling
- search and use evidence-based information to promote elderly people and their families health


Grade 1
The student is able to
- assess the need of health care support of the elderly people and his/her family with help
