Learning Outcomes

The student identifies the patient's/the client´s need for care and support . The student plans and implements the nursing of a psychiatric patient and learns to guide and supervise a patient/ a client. The student follows the the ethical instructions and principles of the nursing. The student identifies the substance abuse problems and the care needs of an individual and community and uses different substance abuse treatment methods. The student follows the the ethical instructions and principles of the nursing. The student plans and implements the nursing of a medical patient and learns to guide and supervise a patient/ a client.

The student identifies the patient's/the client´s need for care and support . The student follows the the ethical instructions and principles of the nursing. Nursing and treatment of the most common substance abuse problems among children, young people and adults.

- how to describe the patient's/the client's need for care and support
- how to make a care plan and is able to implement basic elements of nursing care

Assessment Methods

Written Exams 100%: numeric scale/ grading 0-5, participation in the practical exercices
