Learning Outcomes
The aim is that the student delvelops an unerstanding of the legislation governing the field of information technology, for example the areas of contract law, labour law and the law on incorpareal right.
The student will get acquainted with various software licenses and agreements, regarding both proprietary and open source software.

Contents
Contracts in the field of information technology,privacy protection and the main features of labour law such as the law on working hours and annual leave.

5=The student understads excellent the basich of IT-Law and can to a great extent apply the learned issues in practise
3= The student understands well the basics about IT-Law and can apply learned issues in practise
1= The student understands some basics about IT-Law
Assessment Methods
Assessment is based on esitmating the project work, presenatiations and exercises 40% and a written test 60%.
