Researching and forecasting the future; methods and usage of results for strategic development of tourism business. Leading product development processes, organization of product development work shops, measuring needs and demands and using the results, evaluation of product development processes.

Course literature, e-books and social constructivism.

Lectures and literature. Exercises in planning work shops and participation in social learning processes.
