Learning Outcomes

Corse at Keski-Pohjanmaan AMK (specialisation studies).

The student is able to recognise different organizational forms and knows for which situations different forms are suitable. The student is able to implement organizational theories when developing the own organization in order to get the organization to function effectively in a changing and globalising environment.

Total work load: 135 h.
- scheduled studies: 24 h.
- individual studies: 111 h.
The assesment of student's own learning 1 h is included in contact lessons.

Contents

During the course organizational theories and factors affecting organizations are covered. The student understands that organizations are a part of an open system, which is affected by internal and external factors. During the course management of organizations and management planning are also covered.
