Learning Outcomes
Course at Keski-Pohjanmaan AMK (specialisation studies).
The student is able to recognise and choose suitable development subjects during different growth phases of a firm. The student is able to recognise different growth possibilities in the firm and in the firm’s business environment. The student has knowledge of different growth strategies for young and mature firms and organisations.

Contents
During the course different models for firm growth and development are covered. Tools for detecting relevant development subjects in business processes and tools for planning and implementing growth strategies are covered. During the course internal and external growth possibilities for the firm are also covered.
