Learning Outcomes

Course at Keski-Pohjanmaan AMK.

Student can use the tools presented in the course in order to create new business and renew existing one. Student knows how to use his/hers own innovativeness, insights about future and modern business development models to develop enterprises and organizations. Student develops new understanding to identify and shape strategic business opportunities into existence, or to modify them as more advanced business concepts.

Identifying and using new business opportunities, forecasting methods, analyzing and revitalizing business concepts and organizational processes, contemporary business and leadership models as basis to enhance competitive advantage, analyzing strategic opportunities, strategic positioning, choosing strategy.
