Learning Outcomes

Course at Keski-Pohjanmaan AMK (specialisation studies).

The student is able to describe and follow up the business processes of a firm. The student is able to develop business processes and is able to follow up the results of the development work. The student is able to effectively implement the business processes of the firm and discover the the relations between them.

Student's Workload

Total work load: 135 h.
- scheduled studies: 24 h.
- individual studies: 111 h.
The assesment of student's own learning 1 h is included in contact lessons.

Contents

Focus is on modern process managment by focusing on production and quality management. Development of the processes of the firm affects functions as: management of order - deliver chain, financial management, material management, production management. In the course focus can be set on special aspects of process development, e.g. quality and production management.
