Students become familiar with the general doctrines of contract law and becomes familiar with the specific contract law.
Total work load of the course is 80 hours, of which lectures and exercices are 39 hours and self-radiant studying 41 hours.

General doctrines of contract law. Sale of commercial and consumer sales, electronic contracts, international agreements, orders and service contracts.
