Learning Outcomes

The students get an overall picture of family property law as well as marriage and other partnerships, the legal effect of their mutual position of the partnership and its dissolution. Students are familiar with the situation of children of divorce law. In addition, students learn about the succession, administration and division of the procedure, as well as the provisions relating to succession in essence.
