Learning Outcomes

Students receive an overview of the historical developments of the administration and management of the existing structure. The course focuses on management of key legal principles and legal standards. The student is aware of effective governance and regional distribution of powers and manages the administrative procedure related to a key set of norms. The student knows the management of administrative remedies as the use of the Local Government Act from the perspective of Municipality Law

Contents

Administration of the applicable principles of law, administrative procedure, legal content, general administration and management of specific differences and conflicts are resolved. Public access to documents, and documents and sending of notice, administration and justice of appeal in administrative cases.
