Learning Outcomes
The student will understand the difference between the public and the private sector. The student will require a view of proceedings of processing personal data.
The course will give the student a basic knowledge in the legislation of Data protection and Data Safety.

The assesment of student's own learning 1 h is included in contact lessons.

Contents
The legal issues related to Data protection and understanding the consequences of breach of Data protection. Realization of Data safety as internal rules of the organization and the form of practical proceedings .Rights and duties of a private person.

Assessment Criteria

5 The student can give reasons for solutions made when acting in tasks of an expert. He/she can recognise development needs in the field.
Assessment Methods
Project report and a written assignment 40% and a written exam 60%.
