Learning Outcomes

The aim of the course is to develop the professional communication skills in English. The focus is on written correspondence in the purchasing process and its vocabulary.
The student understands the importance of effective communication in working life.

54 h in total, of which 26 scheduled studies and 28 autonomous studies.

Prerequisites / Recommended Optional Courses

The courses of Upper Secondary School, level test or Preparatory English course.

Contents

Business messages, professional terminology, CV and job application.

Becoming familiar with the local business life and companies.

Internationality

The student becomes familiar with global business English and communication.

The material is informed about during the course, partly available in Moodle and partly given out during the class-room sessions.
