Learning Outcomes

The student will practise presentations and different means of effective style and argumentative sommunication. He/she will also learn self-knowledge and improve confidence.

Total 81 h: contact teaching 39h (lectures and exercises), independent studying, group work 42h.

Contents

Factors of convincing presentation. Public (both solo and in groups) presentations will be practised.

Instructed by lecturer.

Mode of Delivery / Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods

From smaller to more demanding presentations. Recording, self assesment, conversations, giving feedback will be used.

Assessment Criteria

1=Is able to name persuasive communication and interact in working life presentations.
3=Is able to analyze and utilize persuasive communication and interact appropriately in working life presentations.
5=Is able to analyze and utilize versatile persuasive communication and plan and carry out appropriately and efficiently working life presentaions. Is capable to analyze his/her own and others' communication skills.

Participation in contact teaching, completed presentations and learning diary.
