Learning Outcomes

The student has a sufficient knowledge of the target-oriented communication in companies and organisations. The student has skills to express her/himself in speaking and in writing in various situations of working life. S/he is able to write various documents, act at a meeting and negotiation and express her/himself in various situations of working life. The student understands the significance of communication for the company/organisation and for her/his own work and is willing to improve her/his skills continuously.

5=Is able to analyze and utilize versatile persuasive communication and interact appropriately and efficiently in working life situations. Is capable to analyze his/her own and others' communication skills.
