Learning Outcomes

The Student knows very well the contracts of Real estate deals and of deals of shares in Housing companies. The Students knows very well the principles of family law and inheritance law, which might influence on the business of a real estate company.

The Contracting Parties , the binding effect of a contract, invalidity and cancellation of a contract and different contracts of a real estate company as, contracts, needed proxies, the articles of association, redemption clauses and the liability of the seller and of the buyer. The influence of the laws of family, divorce , open marriage, inheritance, will, estate inventory and estate distribution.

Lectures, assignments, case studies, presentations and self-studies.

Project report, a written assignment and a written exam. Numerical (0-5).
