Learning Outcomes

The student becomes familiar with the requirements regarding message layout, business correspondence and the practices and media of informative communications. The student understands the dynamics of team work and is able to act as a team member.

The student is able to produce documents which are appropriate in content, form and language. The student internalises the purpose and significance of communication in working life.

The student also gets familiar to communication in information society of today and the different forms of media.

Contents

Basics of communication, informative documents used in working life and their layout, appropriate language usage, correctness of language and style. Reporting. Dealing with home pages.
