Learning Outcomes
The student is able to use different tool for communicating internationally and understands the effect of communication on various work-related tasks. The student is able to use the langauge and terminology of international business. In addition the student understands cultural diffrences.

Contents
During the course international communication is praticed, the factors affecting international communivation are studied and the experiences of others are shared as much as possible. The aim is to use some electronic tools of communication such as e-mail, videoconferencing, internet phone calls, virtual learning environments, chats, RSS-feeds or other social media on the course. Participation in assigned international events at VAMK is required.

Assessment Criteria
1= The student is able to understand and follow the main idea of a text/conversation in his/her filed and attempts to participate. The student knows the essential vocabulary of the field.
3= The student understands, follows and produces text/conversation in his/her field with some inaccuracies. The student knows the common vocabulary of the field.
5= The student communicates without difficulty in topics of his/her field. The student posses an extensive vocabulary in his/her field and in general. The stune has an interest in improving his/her skills all the time.
