Learning Outcomes

Principles of work and organizational behavior, Working psychology and motivation, individual, group and organizational levels of analysis and their effects on organization, working ethics, recruitment process.

The course provides understanding of organizational behavior so that students can master the challenges of the working life of the organizations of the region.

The multicultural setting of the course encourages the internationalization of both domestic and foreign students.
