Learning Outcomes
The student will learn the principles of modern working environment. He/she will identify how to manage human resources and behaviour in organizations. The student will be able to apply this knowledge to deal with common workplace situations and develop general people management skills.
Contents
Theoretical foundations underlying human behaviour in organizations. Key issues of human resource management. Different approaches to work and organizations. Developing problem-solving skills relevant in workplace.
