The student will get familiar with the basic concepts of behaviour in organisations, i. e. individual behaviour, group behaviour and organisation structure.

Individual behaviour: values, attitudes, work satisfaction - personality and emotions – perception and indiviual decision making – motivation .
Group behaviour: basics in group behaviour - personnel direction – power and micro policy
Organisation structure: basics – job design – organisation culture – ethics in management.
