Learning Outcomes
The student will acquire the basic methodology for seeking and analyzing specialized information for writing essays and reports and conducting surveys and research projects typical for bachelor level. The student is able to evaluate the validity and reliability of results.

Contents
Information search and criteria for scientific knowledge. Definition of the research problem. Strategies in research: experiments, survey- and case studies. Qualitative and quantitative research methods. Planning of personal project for final thesis.
