Learning Outcomes

The student deepens his/her understanding and skills of payroll administration. The student is able to conduct payroll and payroll accounting by using payroll software.

Contents

Practical exercises in maintaining personnel register, calculating and paying wages and salaries, statutory employers’ obligations and payroll accounting. Various employments, among others oversea employment.

Assessment Criteria

1 = the student has knowledges in payroll administration and is able to use his/her knowledge in practise
3 = the student has good knowledges in payroll administration and has good abilities to use his/her knowledge in practise
5 = the student has excellent knowledges in payroll administration and has excellent abilities to use his/her knowledge in practise

Assessment Methods

Individually performed practical tasks (50%).
Test with the Computer program (50 %).
Assessment on scale 0-5.
