Learning Outcomes

The student will master oral and written business communication and correspondence in Finnish. She/he will furhter improve her/his knowledge in oral and written communication.

Business correspondence, meetings and negotiation techniques, documents related to meetings, reporting. Cultural differences in communication.

Lectures, oral and written exercises and excursions.

Assessment Methods

Participation in contact lessons, independent work, oral and written examination. Project work.

The project is 70 % of the evaluation and the rest 30 %.
