Learning Outcomes

The study unit will make the students acquainted with computer networks and give them the necessary skills required for using the Internet.

Contents

Participation in the study unit will make the student familiar with the Internet and its various services including search engines, netiquette, IP telephony and data security. Also the basics of image processing will be covered as well as scanning and transferring images from digital cameras. The student will also get acquainted with making Web pages.
