Learning Outcomes
The student knows the basis of public health nursing and the factors influencing the future work. The student is able to evaluate different models and work methods in public health nursing and health promotion with the help of evidence-based nursing. The student knows the meaning of the legislation, health policies and strategies as the basis of public health nursing. The student guides the client in health promotion and treatment and has a focus on the curret needs and the situation.

The development of public health nursing and the influencing factors. Health promotion, models and work methods in public health nursing. Health care legislation and health policies.
