Learning Outcomes
After the course, the student can explain the relevant concepts of project work, she is able to describe the knowledge needed for project work, and she understands how these pieces of information are acquired and utilized. After the course, the student can write a project plan.

Contents
Concepts of a project, the design and control of an individual project. Composition of a project plan, time guidance, resource guidance, economy and pricing of a project, the financial control of abnormalities, the quality ensurance and risk control of a project, multiple-project environment, projects of many companies, consolidation of the client's and supplier's projects, the network of the companies in the project and the control of that, project cultures, global organization.

Pelin, Risto (2009): Projektihallinnan käsikirja (both the new and the old versions can be used), the material of the teacher in Moodle, the course key in Moodle is "projektisuunnitelma”.
Mode of Delivery / Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods
Independent online studies, can be done around the academic year.
Assessment Criteria
In assessment, the emphasis is put on the implementation, documentation and presentation of a project.
Grade 5: The student understands most of the topics discussed on the course and she is able to independently apply the gained knowledge.
Grade 3: The student understands the central parts of the contents of the course and she can apply the gained knowledge.
Grade 1: The student understands the basic contents of the course and she can apply the knowledge gained in the course.
