Learning Outcomes
The student learns the methods to measure the most usual electric quantities and couplings and how to use measuring and monitoring devices. The student learns to choose a safe and appropriate measurement method and device for each application and to assess the accuracy of the measurement.
Student's Workload
The total amount of student's work is 54 h, which contains 28 h of contact studies.

Contents
Safety aspects in electrical measurements. Measurements of current, voltage, power and resistance. The structure and properties of analogue and digital meters. The use of oscilloscope. Assessing the reliability of measurements.
