Learning Outcomes

The student knows the key aspects of nursing for the elderly and understands the meaning of promoting the health of the elderly. The student is able to support the achievement and maintenance of the well-being, health and functional capacity of an elderly person and evaluates the changes that take place in these.

Geriatrics online studies 1cr.
Assessment and maintenance of the elderly's functional capacity and resources.
Nutrition and exercise in the elderly. The importance of the environment and social relations.
