Level 1 (Satisfactory)

Recognizes basic vaccination concepts and can provide limited information under guidance.

Administers vaccines to adults under supervision.

Understands basic storage and handling requirements.

Level 3 (Good)

Applies vaccination principles independently for adults and special groups.

Provides accurate information and guidance on vaccinations.

Prepares vaccination plans and manages minor adverse effects appropriately.

Level 5 (Excellent)

Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge and applies vaccination principles creatively and ethically.

Engages confidently in expert discussions with vaccine-hesitant individual

Leads planning and implementation of vaccination programs and ensures patient safety throughout the process.
