Recognize the importance of leadership culture in organizational operations and understand the role of supervisors and leadership models in motivating employees and guiding activities.

Organizational models and culture, labor legislation, collective agreements.

Quality recommendations, quality systems, and quality management.

Cost awareness and basics of financial operations.

Recruitment, orientation, mentoring, and student guidance.

Development discussions and lifelong learning.

Addresses leadership and quality management topics narrowly without deeper connection to nursing organizations.

Limited application of labor legislation and norms.

Mentions some quality management methods but lacks deeper understanding.

Level 3–4 (Good)

Actively leads self within work communities and networks.

Understands leadership and quality management themes and connects them to nursing organization context.

Applies labor legislation and norms appropriately.

Analyzes quality management needs and presents justified views.

Level 5 (Excellent)

Leads self responsibly and effectively as part of work communities and networks.

Actively seeks current research on leadership and quality management and discusses them comprehensively from a nursing organization perspective.

Applies labor legislation and norms thoughtfully and constructively.

Provides well-founded conclusions on quality management needs in nursing organizations.
