Contents
Higher Education Studies (2 ECTS): Alere facilities and practices (HAKA login and email), Moodle, Workseed, Pakki, Jobiili and ID card, safety and quality information, Spark feedback, student health services, study counselor, career planning, chaplain services, Tritonia library and information services, international services, orientation and development discussions, general internship information, nursing and social care professions and multidisciplinary collaboration.
Communication (3 ECTS): Goal-oriented and situational communication, recognizing and developing interaction skills, writing process, language maintenance, academic writing, text styles based on purpose and audience, using references to support own text, citation practices (APA7), reference list creation.

Assessment Methods
Pass:
Actively participates in lectures, group work, and assignments.
Completes all required tasks and exercises.
