Learning Outcomes
The student is able to:
- Recognize the significance of leadership culture in the operation of an organization and understand the role of managers and leadership models in motivating employees and guiding operations.
- Recognize the importance of self-leadership and apply workplace and social skills, as well as collective agreements, in their own actions.
- Evaluate the resources of a work team, prioritize tasks, and assign responsibilities related to them.
- Master workplace competencies and understand their importance for organizational success, as well as the role of their own actions as part of the organization.
- Know and identify career development opportunities related to work content and administration.
- Understand the impact of leadership styles and personnel on the success of an organization.
- Be familiar with the guidelines, laws, and regulations related to professional activities and act in accordance with them.
- Develop the organization's operations and quality in a customer-oriented, responsible, and financially sustainable manner, in line with the organization's regulations and guidelines.
- Understand their responsibility for quality from the organization's perspective, as well as in their own actions.
- Recognize, develop, and assess the quality of nursing care and the quality of the nursing organization, and take quality deviations into account.

- Quality Management Needs: The student is able to justify their conclusions regarding the need for quality management in a healthcare organization excellently.

- Self-leadership: The student is able to lead themselves actively as a member of the workplace and various networks.
- Leadership and Quality Management Review: The themes of leadership and quality management are familiar to the student, and they are able to effectively integrate them into the context of a healthcare organization.
