Learning Outcomes

Students are familiar with social and health care structure. They understand the factors that influence the organization's culture and activities and is aware of their responsibility, and an influential player. Students are able to lead a multi-professional character and is dominated by the quality of work, budgeting and financial terminology. They understand the key concepts of health economics and health care as well as their role in the economic evaluation of the significance from the perspective of society.

The assesment of student's own learning 1 h is included in contact lessons.

Prerequisites / Recommended Optional Courses

Prerequisites: Basic professional studies in nursing.

Contents

Social and health care management, organization theory and forms, the basic principles of operation of the administrative, management and leadership criteria. Nursing quality work. Health economics concepts. Rota preparation of the current collective bargaining agreement in accordance with the TYKO program.

- to describe the elements of nursing practice, management and education based on nursing science and to apply them in a new context .
