The student knows
* conceive the meaning of management culture for the operations of an organisation and the meaning of working life skills and social skills for his/her own actions (self-management)
* the ethical principles of management in social services and act according to them
* search information independently and use it critically in various ways from different sources
* * plan feasible project of enterprise for social and health care
