Learning Outcomes

The student knows

* how to recognize and evaluate his/hers own professional growth and development
* how to stregthen his/hers own professional self-knowledge
* how to develop own professional interaction skills when acting in varying client situations
* how to take into account the perspective of employees and different working communities

The focus of the portfolio work is employee and working community perspective

Student's Workload

Amount of work altogether 27 h, of which 8 h of contact hours and 19 h of independent study.
The assesment of student's own learning 1 h is included in contact lessons.
