The student knows
* client process in social services and the tools used in it and can use them in practical client situations
* how to express himself in special presentation occasions in working life
* how to draft impressive communication documents and act in meetings and negotiations
* understands the meaning of communication both from community’s and his/her own work’s perspective and wants continuously improve his/her own skills

* knows how to use suitable approach and tools and justify his/her solutions
* illustrates his/her own communication and interaction skills level
* express him fluently and appropriately in occasions required in working life
Grade 5: the student
* apply and develop the tools of client work in a client-oriented and creative way
* analyse the starting point and character of professional communication
* express him clearly and interestingly in occasions required in working life and show ability to develop the skills further
Assessment Methods
Expert communication (3 sp): Completed oral exercises, written exercise (Grading scale 0-5).
