Learning Outcomes
•The student is aware of the significance of working in management for the operations of an organization. He understands the functions of a work community and an individual so that he is able to operate in groups, guiding groups and as an organizer and an instructor in care taking work. The student is familiar with different factors of administration so that he is able to systematically guide and develop service processes.
•The student gets acquainted with the system of executive guidance.
•The student knows how to analyze the functionality of the system of executive guidance and the meaning of quality to the profit and consistency of a work community.

Assessment Criteria
Grade 5:
•The student plans, evaluates, justifies and develops his own operations (reflection) also critically.
•The student knows how to evaluate the functioning of the system of executive guidance to develop better methods.
•The student knows how to function responsibly and is willing to participate in the development of the system of executive guidance in his own branch.
•The student is capable of guiding a work group and developing service processes for an organization from the viewpoint of management work
Grade 3-4:
•The student knows how to analyze his own operations (reflection) also critically.
•The student knows how to analyze the functioning of the system of executive guidance in his own branch and the significance of quality for the result and consistency of a work community.
•The student knows how to apply theory into practice.
•The student knows how to function responsibly.
•The student is able to evaluate and apply the operational models that are required in guiding a work group.
Grade 1-2:
•The student is familiar with the basics of the system of executive guidance and with the basic concepts.
•The student is familiar with the basic concepts concerning the project.
•The student knows how to describe the structure of the system of executive guidance.
•The student understands the significance of management work for the operations of an organization.
•The student understands the meaning of quality for the result and consistency of a work community.
