The challenges of multiculturalism in the society and in the social service branch. Development of the branch and promoting social integration.

Assessment Criteria
Grade 1-2: The student recognizes the challenges of a multicultural society. The student takes parti in the development project for his own part. The student knows how to evaluate his own occupational growth.
Grade 3: The student knows how to apply his knowledge in multiculturalism and promoting the integration of the society in the development project. The student knows how to evaluate the realization of the project and his own occupational growth based on his knowledge.
Grade 5: The student knows how to organize, realize and evaluate the development project which promotes social integration and equality. The student knows how to evaluate the realization of the project and his own occupational growth in a developing way.
