Learning Outcomes

The student knows how to
- justify the importance of implementation of the strategy as a part of a fruitful and functioning organization
- develop actions and well-being at work of a working community
- lead and reform actions in different operational environment

Student's Workload

Total work load of the course 108 h, of which scheduled studies 14 h and autonomous studies 94 h.
The assesment of student's own learning 1 h is included in contact lessons.

- describes as an example workplace management methods as well as measures to build up well-being at work
Grade 3: The student
- describes the strategy work and its role in the organization's leadership and applies the knowledge in a familiar context
- describes workplace management methods as well as measures to build up well-being at work and applies the knowledge in a familiar context
Grade 5: The student
- examines analytically the strategy work at every level of the organization and applies the knowledge in a new context
- analyses and reflects workplace management methods as well as measures to build up well-being at work and applies the knowledge in a new context

Assessment Methods
