Learning Outcomes
The student can apply different research and development methods to development projects in working life, and can search ethically sustainable solutions for development and decision-making processes in organizations. The student can integrate information and knowledge from different fields to her own field’s development actions and can compile a project plan for development project. The student can develop and innovate various functional working practices for development in social and health care.
