Learning Outcomes
The student can apply the principles of learning organization and ethical and other values affecting the operations of organizations. The student can systematically develop his/her own and personnel’s know-how, enriching interaction and wellbeing at work. The student knows the central norms and regulations guiding the personnel of social and health care and indicators measuring the know-how and resources of personnel.

Assessment Methods
The grade of the study module compounds of grades of network assignments, independent and group assignments and self-evaluation. Numeric evaluation (1–5).
