Learning Outcomes

The student knows how to manage his/her own development process and understands the principles of portfolio work. The student understands the meaning of the occurrence of communication and data management in work community and knows how to apply various methods of communication.

Classroom lectures 24 h, autonomous studies and seminars 111 h (Together 135 h).

Assessment Criteria

Level 5:
- the student knows how to describe, measure and analyze processes in the service production of welfare sector
- the student knows how to realize and evaluate the methods of communication and data management

Level 3:
- the student knows how to apply the methods of process and network management in the changing context of welfare sector
- the student understands the meaning of the occurrence of communication and data management in work community and can apply various methods of communication.

Level 1:
- the student is familiar with the methods of research and development in social and health care
- the student is familiar with themes of welfare entrepreneurship

Assessment Methods

The grade of the study module compounds of attending the seminars, autonomous assignments and self-evaluation. Numeric evaluation (1–5).
